I
did not loose any one I knew personally in the sept. 11th bombing. But
how my heart did break, many prayers I have said and tears I have cried
for all of those that did. I never thought I had a family until Sept 11th.
I then found I had a very large one my family's surname is AMERICA. My
heart is filled with hurt and pain from the great loss my family, has suffered,
my eyes fill with tears, I pray you will be with each of my family, God
in this time of need, send your angels to each and everyone to help them,
Bless and Keep my Family Lord. Keep them safe, cradle them in the shelter
of your loving arms. Give Peace to their grieving hearts and ease their
pain, replace their tears with a smile. We will always REMEMBER the lost
of our love one's, but give us your strength so that we might go on, for
we are to weak to do this without you. Bless and Keep Safe each and everyone
of my newly realized family. I ask these things in Jesus name I pray.
AMEN

PRAYER
PRAYER
FOR THE PRESIDENT:
Gracious
Lord,
Would
you afford us the privilege of Your awesome Presence as we pray for
our
President today? Strategies are being formulated in his mind that will
shape
our future. Would You govern his thinking
that
decisions
drafted in the oval office will square with Your sovereign
will?
Would You circle his personal staff (as well as his advisors at the
Pentagon)
enabling them to reason with well-rounded intellect as they look
to
You for moral and global guidance? Would You transform the working
spaces
of the White House into a sphere of grace, mercy and justice? May
the
rectangle desk on which he folds his hands to pray this day be an
altar
at which he surrenders his limited understanding to Your infinite
wisdom
for Jesus sake (and ours).
Amen.

PRESIDENTIAL
PRAYER REMINDER FOR
DECEMBER
21, 2001
As
we celebrate Christmas across our nation next week, pray with the
President
and his staff that peace will truly come to our world. Pray for
the
President and Mrs. Bush and their extended family for a restful and
meaningful
Christmas holiday. Give thanks for the good medical report for
the
President regarding the removal of non-cancerous lesions from his
face.
Pray that the President will use good judgment and receive wise
council
regarding both the historical and spiritual legacy he will leave
our
nation.
Finally,
let us pray and encourage leaders of both business and government
to
take a stand for the spiritual significance of this season, not hide
it.
Just as Old Glory was unfurled in American pride after September 11,
let
us wave a banner on our lawns and in our homes and businesses showing
that
we are proud to be a nation founded on the concept of religious
freedoms--expressing
openly and publicly that we welcome and cherish God's
continued
blessing.
